Bourbon Bacon Brussels for your Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is ONE week away and we are getting our menus finalized! What’s your typical Thanksgiving meal? We usually go very traditional with turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green bean casserole and some sort of Brussels spout dish. So, when local chef Lawrence Jaconetta (of Circle R Gastropub and Lupita’s Cantina fame) offered up a recipe for Bourbon Bacon Brussels Sprouts, we knew it was too good not to share.

Ingredients
4 cups par boiled Brussels sprouts, strained
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 lb cooked bacon, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter (yes)

Directions
Mix all ingredients together and bake on a sheet pan for 15-20 minutes at 325F.
